2. User Content & Prohibited Conduct

As a car marketplace, users are responsible for the content they upload. You agree not to post:

• False, inaccurate, or misleading vehicle information.
• Content that is offensive, illegal, or promotes prohibited substances.
• Intellectual property that you do not own.

Babar Autos reserves the right to remove any listing that violates these terms without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

Babar Autos provides a platform for buyers and sellers to connect. We do not participate in the actual transaction and are not responsible for the condition of vehicles, the legality of the sale, or the truthfulness of listings. Users are encouraged to verify all details before completing a purchase.

4. Data Deletion & Account Removal

Users have the right to request the deletion of their personal information and listings. Active ads can be deleted by the user via the "My Ads" section. For a complete removal of all associated data from our records, please contact our support team at support@babarautos.com.pk.

5. Limitations of Liability

In no event shall Babar Autos or its owners be liable for any damages (including loss of data, profit, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use the platform, even if notified of the possibility of such damage.
